Meet Jeremy Tikka
Jeremy runs Zulu Homes and is personally involved in every project the company takes on. He's the one who walks your lot, prices your build, sits in the weekly meeting, and answers when you call. For a decision this size, we think you should know exactly who's accountable — and be able to reach them.

Talk to the owner, not a salesperson
Jeremy answers the phone. He walks the site, he prices the job, and he's the one you call when you have a question at 7 a.m. Nothing gets lost in translation between the person who sold you the home and the person building it.

Watch your build in real time
Every Zulu Built project runs through a project management platform where you can see the schedule, selections, budget, change orders, and daily progress photos. You'll never have to ask "what's happening this week?" — it's already on your screen.

A meeting every week, without fail
We sit down with you weekly for the life of the build. Decisions get made on time, budget stays visible, and problems get solved while they're still small.
What we don't do
We don't do commercial work. We don't take on remodels between projects. We don't hand you off to a project manager after you've signed. Staying narrow is how we keep every build getting the attention it needs.
