From bare lot to finished home, we manage the entire build in-house. One point of contact, one schedule, one budget you can see at all times.
New construction goes wrong in the gaps — between the designer and the builder, the builder and the subs, the schedule and reality. We close those gaps by keeping the whole project under one roof, with the owner personally accountable for how it runs.
That means we handle site prep, permitting, scheduling, trade coordination, inspections, and closeout. You handle the fun part: deciding what your home looks like. And every week we sit down together to make sure the two stay aligned.
We work residential-only, within roughly 100 miles of Spokane, on projects starting around $300,000.
